How can I ensure that my student's special education program will continue without interruption when he/she reaches Vicenza Middle School?

Hand-carry the most recent copy of your child's paperwork (IEP and Eligibility) along with your child's other school records, and bring them when you come to register your child. Also, be sure to notify the counselor when you register your child so that a meeting can be held right away with the special education teacher. If you don't have that paperwork, still request a meeting with the special education teacher when you meet with the counselor.
